Industry Program

1、 Biobased degradation resin industrial base First-stage project ： we will build a demonstration production line of 20,000 tons of biodegradable materials. Second-stage project: through demonstration, replication, and innovative business model, we will build industrial clusters and eventually form a production base of 300,000 tons of biodegradable materials and products.

Grade：BG 100-F

It has been tested by international authorities and certified by DIN CERTCO. It has obtained the "Compostable"and "DIN" signs, and the product conforms to the standard of EN13432 and ASTM D6400.

Annual output: 20,000 tons

2、100% degradation of plastic products

Grade：BG 100-FP

It has been tested by international authorities and certified by DIN CERTCO. It has obtained the “Compostable” and “DIN” signs, and the product conforms to the standard of EN13432 and ASTM D6400.

Product Features

1、Chemical name:  poly(butylene succinate) starch composites

2、 Character： White or light yellow solid

3、PBS starch composites have good mechanical properties and processability, the mechanical performance is greater than or equal to PE, can meet the using performance of common plastic, can be in general plastic processing and molding processing equipment. PBS starch composites have the good biodegradable function, can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water in nature. It will have no environmental pollution, the biodegradation rate could reach more than 90% within six months under composting conditions. It can be widely used in packaging, disposable appliance, agricultural film, medical supplies, and other fields.
